At Genesis, we understand that conservation extends beyond birds of prey. Many smaller species — from hedgehogs and dormice to garden birds — also need safe, secure places to shelter and breed. Our range of boxes and habitats are carefully designed to support these often-overlooked creatures, helping to restore the balance of our natural environments. Whether you manage a garden, farm, or nature reserve, you can make a real difference by providing spaces where small mammals and other birds can thrive.

One way to do this is to install a feeding station in your garden with lots of hedgehog-friendly food and water. Never give cow’s milk to hedgehogs, they are lactose intolerant, it can make them very ill or even kill them.
